In order for us to provide the best service possible, we ask that you keep your yard clear of:
- Leaves
- Long Grass
- Excessive Trash
When it comes to rocky places, we will be as thorough as we possible can but do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to difficult landscaping.
If there is bad weather on your scheduled pick up day (snow or rain), we will pick up the next business day or after the weather subsides.*
**Please be mindful of the schedule. We want to provide services for all of our awesome customers and in order to do that we have a set schedule to make our job more efficient. If we are scheduled to come out and the gate is locked or we have no way to provide services, there will be an additional fee on the bill.
